The Forno Galiano 48-inch gas range features a stainless steel exterior with black accents and a freestanding design for residential kitchen installation. The cooktop includes eight sealed gas burners with a combined output of 107,000 BTU, providing multiple heat levels for a range of cooking tasks. One dual-ring burner delivers up to 20,000 BTU and can operate at lower output levels for simmering. Continuous cast iron grates support cookware and allow movement across the cooking surface.

The recessed black enamel cooktop surface is designed to contain spills for easier cleanup. The range includes a dual-oven configuration with a total capacity of 6.58 cu. ft., consisting of a 4.32 cu. ft. convection oven and a 2.26 cu. ft. secondary oven. The primary oven provides up to 30,000 BTU of output, while the secondary oven provides up to 14,000 BTU. Both ovens feature black enamel interiors to support routine cleaning.

The oven doors use multi-layer tempered glass to help retain heat while allowing interior visibility during operation. Included accessories consist of four electroplated oven racks and a liquid propane (LP) conversion kit. This gas range is designed for natural gas operation and supports LP conversion where required.
