The cooktop includes eight sealed burners with a combined output of 107,000 BTU, including a dual-ring burner rated up to 20,000 BTU with a low simmer setting of 1,000 BTU. Cast iron grates provide a stable cooking surface and support easy movement of cookware.

This model includes double gas ovens with a combined capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. The main 4.32 cu. ft. oven is equipped with a convection fan to support multi-rack cooking, while the secondary 2.26 cu. ft. oven provides additional baking capacity. Both ovens feature black enamel interiors designed for easy cleaning and visibility through a triple-layer glass door.
