The Forno Galiano 36-inch dual fuel range features a white exterior with antique brass-tone knobs and handles. The cooktop includes six sealed gas burners with a combined output of 83,000 BTU, including one dual-ring burner rated up to 20,000 BTU for high-heat cooking and lower settings for simmering. Continuous cast iron grates provide stable cookware support and allow smooth movement across the cooking surface.

The 5.36 cu. ft. electric true convection oven is powered by a 6,300-watt combined broil and bake system and includes a convection fan for consistent heat circulation. The oven cavity is finished with a black enamel interior for easier cleaning. The French door oven design allows access with minimal door clearance. Two electroplated oven racks are included. The range ships with an LP conversion kit and a NEMA 14-50 power cord.
