The Forno Galiano 36-inch dual fuel range features a black stainless steel exterior with antique brass–tone knobs and handles. The exterior combines black and stainless steel surfaces designed for durability and everyday kitchen use.

This dual fuel model pairs a gas cooktop with an electric convection oven to support consistent baking and roasting. The cooktop includes six sealed brass burners with a combined output of 83,000 BTU, providing multiple heat levels for common cooking tasks. A 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner supports high-heat cooking and can be adjusted for low-heat simmering. Continuous cast iron grates provide stable cookware support and allow movement across the cooktop. The recessed black enamel cooktop surface is designed to help contain spills for easier cleaning.

The 5.36 cu. ft. electric convection oven provides 6,300 watts of total output for baking and broiling. The black enamel oven interior is designed for routine cleaning and long-term use. A three-layer tempered glass oven door is designed to retain heat while providing visibility into the oven cavity during operation.

Included accessories consist of two electroplated oven racks and an LP conversion kit for compatible gas connections.
