The 48-inch Forno Capriasca Freestanding Dual Fuel Range features a stainless steel exterior and a gas cooktop paired with double electric ovens. The cooktop is equipped with 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners delivering a combined output of 160,000 BTU, suitable for high-heat cooking and controlled simmering.

Heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates provide stable cookware support and even heat distribution. The recessed black enamel cooktop surface helps contain spills for easier cleaning.

The double electric oven system offers a total capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. The main oven includes a true convection fan and delivers 6,300 watts of combined broil and bake power, while the secondary oven provides 3,400 watts of broil and bake output. Both ovens feature a speckled blue enamel interior, three halogen interior lights, and three-layer tempered glass door windows for visibility and insulation.

This range includes an LP conversion kit, stainless steel telescopic oven racks, a cast iron wok ring, reversible grill/griddle, rotisserie kit with skewer forks, air fry basket with rack, and drip pan.
