The FORNO Capriasca 48-Inch Gas Range features a 304-grade stainless steel exterior and a gas cooktop with eight sealed dual-ring brass burners, delivering a combined 160,000 BTU. Each burner provides adjustable heat output, including low-temperature simmer control. Continuous cast iron grates allow stable placement of cookware and enable sliding between burners. The black enamel cooktop surface is recessed to help contain spills and support easier cleaning.

This range includes double gas ovens with a combined capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. The main 4.32 cu. ft. oven is equipped with a convection fan and an infrared mesh broiler. The secondary 2.26 cu. ft. oven provides additional baking or roasting capacity. Both ovens feature blue enamel interiors and triple-layer glass door windows for heat retention and visibility during use.

Included accessories consist of six telescopic stainless steel oven racks with ball-bearing guides, one rotisserie kit, a wok support ring, a griddle, and an LP conversion kit. The control knobs are zinc-coated metal with illuminated rings for visibility.
