The cooktop includes eight sealed gas burners with a combined output of 107,000 BTU. A 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner supports high-heat cooking and can be adjusted for low-heat simmering. Continuous cast iron grates provide stable support for cookware across the cooking surface. The recessed black enamel cooktop helps contain spills for easier cleanup.

This model includes a dual-oven configuration with an electric convection main oven and a secondary traditional oven.
