The Forno Galiano 48-inch gas range features a red stainless steel finish with antique brass–tone knobs and handles. The exterior combines red, black, and stainless steel surfaces designed for durability and everyday kitchen use.

The cooktop includes eight sealed brass burners with a combined output of 107,000 BTU, providing a range of heat levels for common cooking tasks. A 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner supports high-heat cooking and can be adjusted for low-heat simmering. Continuous cast iron grates support cookware and allow movement across the cooktop. The recessed black enamel cooktop surface is designed to help contain spills for easier cleaning.

This model includes double gas ovens with a combined capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. The primary oven features convection circulation with 30,000 BTU output, and the secondary oven provides 14,000 BTU output for flexible meal preparation. Both ovens feature black enamel interiors designed for routine cleaning and long-term use.

A three-layer tempered glass oven door is designed to retain heat while providing visibility into the oven cavity during operation. Included accessories consist of four electroplated oven racks and an LP conversion kit for compatible gas connections.
