The Forno Massimo 48 in. freestanding gas range features a 304-grade stainless steel exterior and an enamel cooktop cavity. The cooktop includes 8 sealed burners with a combined output of 107,000 BTU, including one dual-ring burner rated up to 20,000 BTU with a low-simmer setting of 1,000 BTU. Continuous cast iron grates provide support for cookware and allow movement across the cooking surface.

The main oven has a capacity of 4.32 cu. ft. and includes a convection fan with a combined 30,000 BTU bake and broil output. The secondary oven has a capacity of 2.26 cu. ft. with a 14,000 BTU bake output. Both ovens feature blue enamel interiors and insulated doors with 3-layer glass windows. Each oven includes two stainless steel telescopic racks with ball-bearing guides.

Included accessories are an air fryer kit, wok support, two reversible griddles, and an LP conversion kit. The range is equipped with zinc-coated metal control knobs and adjustable stainless steel legs designed to fit counter heights from 36 in. to 37 in.
