The Forno Capriasca 36-Inch Gas Range is designed for residential kitchen use and features a gas cooktop with six sealed dual-ring brass burners. The cooktop provides a combined output of 120,000 BTU and supports both high-heat cooking and low-heat simmering. Continuous cast-iron grates provide stable cookware support and allow pans to be moved across burners. The recessed enamel cooktop surface helps contain spills for easier cleaning.

The 5.36 cu. ft. gas oven includes a convection fan to circulate heat during cooking. The oven interior is finished with blue enamel and includes a multi-layer glass viewing window in the door. An integrated infrared broiler supports broiling functions. Three telescopic stainless-steel oven racks provide slide-out access. The unit includes a wok support ring and an LP conversion kit. Adjustable stainless-steel legs support installation at standard counter heights between 36 and 37 inches.
