
The Forno Capriasca 36-Inch Dual Fuel Range is designed for residential kitchens and combines a gas cooktop with an electric convection oven. The exterior is constructed with stainless steel panels and metal control knobs. The cooktop includes six sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 120,000 BTU. One high-output burner supports boiling and searing, while the burner design also allows lower-heat cooking for gentle tasks such as simmering.
Continuous cast-iron grates provide stable cookware support and allow pans to be moved between burners. The recessed enamel cooktop surface is designed to help contain spills for easier cleaning.
The 5.36 cu. ft. electric convection oven features a blue enamel interior and a multi-layer glass viewing window. The oven is rated at 6,300 watts for baking, roasting, and broiling. A dual-element broiler supports both high-temperature broiling and lower-heat cooking. Three telescopic stainless steel racks provide slide-out access. The unit includes a concave wok ring and an LP conversion kit. Adjustable stainless steel legs support installation at standard counter heights between 36 and 37 inches.
