The Forno Capriasca 30 in. Freestanding Gas Range features a stainless steel exterior and a 4.32 cu. ft. gas oven designed for residential kitchen use. The cooktop includes five sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 100,000 BTU, supporting a range of heat levels for everyday cooking tasks such as boiling, sautéing, and low-heat simmering. Continuous cast iron grates provide stable cookware support and allow movement between burners.

The recessed enamel cooktop cavity is designed to help contain spills for easier surface cleaning. The gas oven provides up to 30,000 BTU and includes an infrared broiler. The oven interior has a blue enamel finish, and a 3-layer glass door window allows visibility into the oven cavity during use. Optional convection functionality supports more even heat circulation when enabled.

Included accessories consist of three stainless steel telescopic oven racks, a wok support ring, and an LP conversion kit. The unit is equipped with zinc-coated metal control knobs with bezel rings. Adjustable stainless steel legs support installation to accommodate standard counter height ranges.
