The Forno Capriasca 30 in. Freestanding Gas Range features a stainless steel exterior and a 4.32 cu. ft. gas oven designed for everyday residential cooking. The cooktop includes five sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 100,000 BTU, providing a range of heat levels for common cooking tasks, including boiling, sautéing, and low-heat simmering. Continuous cast iron grates support stable placement of cookware and allow movement between burners.

The recessed enamel cooktop cavity is designed to help contain spills for easier surface cleaning. The gas oven delivers up to 30,000 BTU and includes an infrared broiler. The interior features a blue enamel finish, and a 3-layer glass oven door provides visibility into the oven cavity during use. Optional convection functionality supports more even heat circulation when enabled.

Included accessories consist of three stainless steel telescopic oven racks, a wok support ring, and an LP conversion kit. The unit is equipped with zinc-coated metal control knobs with bezel rings. Adjustable stainless steel legs allow installation to accommodate standard counter height ranges.
