The Forno Capriasca 30-inch freestanding gas range features a stainless steel exterior with a gas cooktop and gas oven designed for standard residential use. The cooktop includes five sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 100,000 BTU, providing multiple heat levels for everyday cooking tasks. Continuous cast iron grates support cookware movement across the surface and help contain spills within the recessed enamel cooktop cavity.

The oven offers a 4.32 cu. ft. capacity with an optional convection fan for even heat circulation. The interior is finished in blue enamel to support routine cleaning and includes a multi-layer glass door window for viewing during cooking. The gas oven provides up to 30,000 BTU for baking and broiling.

Included components are three telescopic stainless steel oven racks, a wok support ring, and an LP conversion kit. Zinc-coated metal control knobs with bezel rings are designed for regular use. Adjustable stainless steel legs support installation with counter heights between 36 and 37 inches.
