At Breezy Threadz, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Here are some common reasons you might want to make a return, all of which are perfectly acceptable:

1. Manufacturing Defect Please let us know if you encounter any of the following issues:

  • The stitching is undone or appears faulty.
  • A zipper is broken or does not operate smoothly.
  • The clasp, buckle, or chain is defective.
  • The strap appears weak or is broken.

2. Product Arrived Damaged If your handbag sustained scratches, scuffs, or dents during shipping, please report it as damaged upon arrival.

3. Color Mismatch We want you to love the color of your handbag, period. Digital screens can be tricky, so if the color you unbox is significantly different from what you saw online, don't hesitate. We’ll sort out a return or exchange for you, no fuss.

4. Incorrect Item Received You received a different handbag from the one you ordered.

5. You've Simply Changed Your Mind The handbag wasn't what you expected, or you don't love it as much as you thought you would. That’s completely fine and you can still return your item.

Return Cost

All returns are free of any return shipping cost. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label through email once your return is approved. 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@breezythreadz.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct item. This ensures a quicker and smoother exchange process.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at support@breezythreadz.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund. If it has already been shipped, you may return it following our standard return process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
