The touch-open drawer design includes dedicated open and close buttons for convenient operation. Glass touch controls with an LED display provide clear visibility and straightforward use.

Pre-programmed settings support common functions such as melting or softening butter, chocolate, ice cream, cheese, and marshmallows, as well as dedicated modes for defrosting, popcorn, and beverage heating. The interior accommodates coffee mugs up to 7 inches tall and dishes up to 16 × 16 inches, making it suitable for daily use.
