The Forno Alta Qualita 48-inch Gas Rangetop features a cooktop configuration with 8 sealed burners and a total output of 107,000 BTU. The surface is constructed from 430 stainless steel. Continuous cast iron grates allow cookware to be moved across the surface. Zinc-coated control knobs provide manual control of burner output.

The rangetop includes automatic ignition and is supplied with a reversible grill/griddle, wok ring, and LP conversion kit. The recessed enamel cooktop surface is designed to contain spills for easier cleaning. This model is designed for built-in installation in residential kitchens.
